Shipping and Returns Policy

We try to process your order as quickly as possible and aim get it shipped out to you within 2-5 business days*. Some larger orders may take longer to process and these we aim to have shipped within 5-10 business days.

Prices and Shipping Methods:

We ship our products using a courier. See the table below for a breakdown of our shipping costs. Please note, delivery time does not include order processing time, only the date from when your order is shipped.

Payment Information:

We accept most payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa.

Handling Time:

Our aim is to complete all orders as quickly as possible to the highest standard. Larger orders may take longer to process. We aim to have orders shipped within 2-5 business days, and for large orders, 5-10 business days.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK. We hope to eventually expand our shipping worldwide.

Corporate Orders:

We aim to process corporate orders within 7-14 business days. If this is going to take longer, we will contact the customer and ensure they are made aware. Shipping rates may vary depending on the size and destination of the order.

Returns and Refunds:

If you wish to return items, please email [email protected] and one of the team will happily assist you. Cartim Recyclables will accept returns within 28 days of the customer receiving their order, provided all items are returned unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Cartim Recyclables must be notified within 14 days of the customer receiving their order if they wish to return items and request a refund.

Items returned to us damaged or used by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be issued within 14 days of Cartim Recyclables receiving returned items.

Additional Information:

Cartim Recyclables is not responsible for any delays caused by suppliers and third parties, or delays caused by courier once your order has been shipped. If we are aware of any delays, we will do our best to make contact with the customer and inform them.

Processing time is from when your order is placed to when we ship it. Shipping time is the time it takes to reach you once we have left it with the courier. After payments are authorised, we will begin processing your order.

Orders placed after 12pm GMT on Thursdays will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed during this time may take longer to process.

*Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown.
